Interventi normativi urgenti volti alla sospensione delle segnalazioni alla Centrale Rischi per coloro che, con figli a carico, risultano segnalati per debiti non superiori ad € 20.000,00, al fine di agevolare l’accesso al credito, anche con una tolleranza di sconfinamento del conto corrente sino all’importo di € 5.000,00, così da consentire un piano di rientro sostenibile del debito per le famiglie beneficiarie a decorrere da dicembre 2020.
